I wanted to take a quick moment to say thank you to the team at Tower Property Advisory. It’s rare that I take the time to do this however I thought important to share my experience. Recently I went through a marriage breakdown and the associated court and legal proceedings for this to happen. Unfortunately it was difficult and it meant that I needed to sell off all 4 investment properties in 3 different states, while go through a divorce and try to deliver on my family and work responsibilities. It was very clear that I was not going to be able to do this on my own.

I was lucky enough to source the help from Tower Property Advisory. Outsourcing this difficult responsibility was one of the best decisions that I made. After taking me through the process at a pace I was capable of managing, they helped me to prioritise the sales, manage tenants out of properties at no charge to myself, secured the best real estate agents within the area, Coordinate Marketing campaigns, renovations, staging across all 4. Mike was with me at Auctions and assisted in driving up the price of the property. Importantly Mike was incredibly understanding of the fact that my marriage and conversation had broken down and managed the discussions and decisions between both parties.

Costs were managed appropriately and second quotations were sourced when either Mike or myself were unsure of value. In addition to this Tower will do their best to make their fees cost neutral to you by negotiating with Agents to reduce their own fees. While this wasn’t possible across all properties it made the process affordable and manageable for me. I like most don’t buy and sell property daily, understanding the market and real value can also be a challenge particularly in 3 different states. Working with Mike and the team at Tower was one of the best decisions I have made and would recommend the team to anyone.
