The time had come to sell our home and transition into aged care. Our first inclination was to simply engage an agent, as we were conscious of costs given the aged care bond.

But by involving Tower, they negotiated down the commission and marketing budget from the agent, disposed of all our unwanted belongings, funded the required repairs which freed us from the time and stress involved in dealing with these issues.

On top of this, Tower attended the auction with us and the sale result exceeded our wildest expectations.

It was a great relief to be able to outsource the sale of our home to Tower. Their prime focus was taking the time-consuming tasks off our hands and getting top dollar.

Tower even provided funding for improvements and the expense was easily justified by the extent to which the sale price exceeded all agents' expectations. Selling property has so many challenges, but Tower approached the task rationally, respectfully and cost effectively.

Tower mapped out the entire sale process. So rather than having to negotiate and deal direct with agents, tradespeople and conveyancers we were able to outsource it all.

Their independence gave us absolute comfort that they were on our side only, not acting in part for the purchaser. The result proved this, with the cosmetic work resulting in a $70K uplift over valuation!
