Robert has a long history working in Corporate Law, Banking and Property Development and is the founder and Principal of Tower Property Advisory and Mortgage Services.
As a corporate lawyer with a major bank, Robert has extensive experience in banking & finance. Over the years he has developed a wide network of real estate agents, tradesmen, lawyers and other professionals to stream-line the sale process for vendors. He enjoys swimming at Sandringham throughout the year and likes to catch a wave at Lorne.
Senior Property Manager
Phil has extensive experience in the financial services sector with National Australia Bank and MLC. He has also held a number of senior corporate roles in Human Resource Management with Nab, MLC, and Healthscope. He holds a Certificate IV qualification in Property Services (Real Estate). Since commencing in 2009, Phil has managed the sale of over 1,000 properties valued in excess of $750M. He enjoys adventure motor bike riding, running and cycling.

Athena is a marketing professional with experience in developing and delivering strategic communication initiatives in both the corporate and public sectors. While in advertising she helped grow several real estate and property development businesses. Athena enjoys getting into the great outdoors, making exotic flavoured ice cream and relaxing with her husband, two girls and two rabbits.
Janet has an extensive background in corporate business administration and accounting.
She manages all administration aspects of the business.
