We were so fortunate to have Phil come our way to help navigate us through a difficult and involved deceased estate. 

Phil went out of his way to come and meet us at our convenience and to fully explain to us what Tower would be able to achieve for us in our quest to finalise the sale of our uncle’s property.  He is both personable and has the ability to put simply the procedures and systems that need to be in place, to achieve the best possible sale.

To us Phil really became a “project manager” of the whole process of selling the property from beginning to end.  All unnecessary worries of dealing with the large numbers of people involved were removed. 

We were equally impressed with the agent that Phil found for us and the auctioneer for the day.
