Arrange, fund and manage presentation work to your property to help sell your home with the highest ROI. This will help to ensure you achieve maximum return for minimal spend.
An independent sworn valuation with an estimated selling range to help you understand what your property is likely to be worth in the current market. This absolutely critical when it comes to selling your home.
As part of the real estate agent selection agreement, we will undertake weekly reviews of the marketing campaign with the agent and report progress to you, fine tuning the campaign as necessary to ensure the best results are being achieved.
Prepare and agree on an Auction Strategy with you and be with you at the auction to help ‘de-stress’ the day and make sure you are selling your home or property for the best result possible.
