Tower Property Advisory is a specialist Melbourne based vendor advocacy service which operates nationally. We have sold over 3,500 properties since 2004. Our team of property managers come from a diverse range of backgrounds including banking and finance, legal, trustee and project management. We pride ourselves on our independence meaning we work solely for you and don’t share commission with agents like other vendor advocates. We are with you throughout the entire process offering advice and managing the workload. All decisions are based on what it optimal for you and not the bottom-line of the agency.
We are a fee for service, but aim to offset our fee by the reduction of the agents commission that we negotiate on your behalf. So you should pay no more than you would if you engaged the real estate agent alone.

Robert Allanadale - Director
Robert has a long history working in Corporate Law, Banking and Property Development.
As a corporate lawyer with National Australia Bank, Robert has extensive experience in the banking & finance, securities law, trustee and funds management areas. He has also developed a number of commercial properties as a co-principal, before establishing Mortgagee Services in 2004. He remains the director and principal of the business.

Phil Hoopmann - National Property Manager VIC/QLD/TAS/SA
Phil comes to Tower Property Advocates with extensive experience in the financial services sector with National Australia Bank and MLC, having covered all aspects of transactional banking, product sales and branch management. He has also held a number of senior corporate roles in Human Resource Management and is a qualified Real Estate Sales Representative.

Peter Mair - Senior Property Manager NSW
Peter has had extensive experience with Westpac in their property area including as Senior Manager Properties Division responsible for all bank owned and leased property. Peter is experienced in project managing building refurbishments and has extensive knowledge of the New South Wales property market.
Matthew Green - Strategy & Development
Matt joined the team in early 2016 as business strategy and development lead. He has a background in both the legal industry as commercial operations manager at Greenslist Barristers, and strategy as a management consultant at PwC.
His focus is on developing and implementing business and marketing strategies, along with leading commercial client development.

Mike Allanadale - National Property Manager VIC/QLD/TAS
Mike joined the team in 2014 and is based in Melbourne. He has a background of project management in remote areas gained while working for a water utility and managing a civil contracting company in the Northern Territory. Mike has skills in contract management, tendering and project management.
Mike is a qualified Real Estate Sales Representative and is currently studying his Masters of Property at RMIT.

Wayne Milnes - Property Manager WA
Wayne comes to Tower Property Advocates with over 30 years experience in the Financial Services Sector with National Australia Bank in both metropolitan Perth and country Western Australia including over 10 years experience as a Business Banking Manager.
Wayne commenced with Mortgagee Services Pty Ltd as a Property Manager in WA in 2012.
Wayne has a Diploma of Management from Deakin University and is a qualified Real Estate Sales Representative in Western Australia.
Lani Anstee - Administration manager
Lani joined the team in mid-2015 as the administration manager. Lani has a background in office administration and office management.
Lani manages all administration aspects of the business.
